How can an AI assistant make your life easier?

Managing a home and taking care of everyone's needs can be pretty tiring, right? There's so much to remember and organize, from keeping track of everyone's schedules to sorting out the endless to-do lists, not to mention planning ahead and delegating tasks. That's exactly why we created Lighten. Your AI buddy is here to lighten that load, taking on some of that invisible work so you can breathe a little easier.

How does it work?

Sign up and then go ahead and ask your assistant a question, or tell it what you want it to do. It’s that simple. 

Your assistant will then come back with information, some questions to get the task done or helpful insights into how else you might use it. You can then go on doing whatever you need to do in your day knowing you have a partner in your pocket ready to help whenever you need it. Working for you while you sleep and organizing while you spend your time where you want to be.

Can my partner join?

Yes! Each account can cover 2 people in your parenting team.  Whether that is you and your husband, or you and your grandma. You each have a separate space so you can be honest and open about anything you need.

Can I give this as a gift?

Yes. The great news is, as a gift it comes with 1 month free.  So if you purchase 1 month that’s 2 months of support, or if you purchase 3 months then your friend will have help for 6 months. We want to help mums and dads everywhere, and we all know a friend who could use some more help at home.

Can my workplace pay for this?

Yes. Feel free to connect with us through the contact form and we can advise of workplace packages to support any number of employees.

How do I get started?

No matter where you are or what time it is, we have you covered. Once you complete your sign up, you can start handing over tasks to your assistant and training it to help you. 

We also offer a free introduction call to in case you want help with set up, ideas on how to most effectively use your assistant and answer any questions you might have.

Us boring humans are also here anytime if you have questions or need support.

Are there tasks Lighten can’t do?

Lighten is designed to support mums, dads and families. Here are some tasks we can’t help with:

  • We don’t have hands to do the dishes. But if you need someone to help with dry cleaning or babysitting we can find you the right person. 

  • We can’t do anything complex from buying a car, or anything technical like buying a concert ukelele.  

  • We don’t coordinate with anyone under 18 (unless they are your children)

  • We can’t provide the information of licensed professionals like doctors or lawyers. 

  • We can’t do your paid work, run your business, apply for jobs, social media or other ‘work tasks’. 

  • We can’t pretend to be you where there are serious legal ramifications (for example explaining health issues to your insurance company).

  • We can’t do anything illegal. I hope this doesn’t surprise you!

Otherwise test us out.  We wouldn’t have known we couldn’t buy you a concert ukelele till we tried!
